Web Payment Frontend
Web Payment Frontend (WPF) is a hosted payment page solution. During the payment process, Merchant will redirect its customer to a payment page that is hosted with GvirtualPay. Customers can select its preferred payment method during checkout.
Features:
- Secure Payment Processing: Credit card information is stored in GvirtualPay system.
- Multiple payment methods: Web Payment Frontend supports Credit card, Bancnet, Paypal, Gcash payment methods. Customer can choose what payment method they are comfortable with during the checkout process.
- Simple implementation: Since WPF is a redirect solution, the merchant integration is easier to implement.
Email Billing
Email Billing is a payment system that allows merchant to generate an electronic billing/invoice to be sent to their respective customers for billing/invoice presentment and payment. Once the billing and order details is filled out by the merchant, GvirtualPay would generate a payment link that would be sent directly to the customer's email address. The customer once they have viewed their email billing can pay for the billing using their chosen payment method.

- Secure Payment Processing: Credit card information is stored in GvirtualPay system.
- Multiple payment methods: Web terminal supports Credit card and Gcash payment methods. For Gcash payments, merchant must inform their customer that they would be prompted to reply their MPIN during the payment process.
- No website required: Implementing email billing allows you to accept online payments immediately from your clients even if you do not have a website.
- Electronic Billing Storage:
Email billing eliminates the need for you to maintain and send paper invoices in your workspace. As a merchant, you can retrieve previous email billing transactions and monitor if the email billing has already been paid.
Web Terminal
Web Terminal is a payment system that allows the merchant to process credit card payments by inputting the credit card information of their customer. The web terminal is hosted with GvirtualPay. Merchants that are accepting orders via mail order, fax order or telephone order (call center agents) can use this solution to process payments.

- Multiple payment methods: Web terminal supports Credit card and Gcash payment methods. For Gcash payments, merchant must inform their customer that they would be prompted to reply their MPIN during the payment process.

Direct Server Integration
Merchants that are hosting their own payment application/payment page may integrate to GvirtualPay via a direct server integration. A SOAP XML Application Programming Interface (API) will be provided to the merchant.
Features
- Real Time Processing: SOAP XML API allows payment transactions to be processed in real time.
- Mutiple Transaction types: The SOAP XML API supports multiple transaction types (i.e. Sale, Authorization, Settle Authorization, Refund/Reversals and Query).
- Multi-Currency: SOAP XML API supports multi-currency processing.
Subscription Billing (Direct Server)
Merchants that have recurring payments can utilize GvirtualPay Subscription Billing System to process their payments. The Subscription payment engine handles the periodic billing and submission of payments to the acquiring processor. Merchant will be provided a SOAP XML Application Programming Interface (API) to integrate to the subscription billing engine.

- Multiple rebilling periods: Merchant can subscribe payments process on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly basis.
- Setup / Trial Fee supported: Allows the merchant to process a setup/trial fee before the actual rebilling is processed.
- Push notifications: Merchants are notified the subscription status.
- Update Subscription: Allows the merchant to update the subscription information (i.e. customer information, payment information, rebilling period, rebilling frequency). This feature is especially useful for subscription that involves variable pricing schemes.
Subscription Billing (Web Terminal)
Merchants can also process recurring payments by creating subscription transaction via a web terminal. Merchants can also create and manage multiple subscription plan in accordance to the product and service they are providing.
